Sensitivity analysis of leaf configuration revealed that variations in internode length significantly affected the model's accuracy. Leaf clusters near the base resulted in lower error rates, while longer internode lengths increased errors. Scenarios, where leaves were poorly positioned, led to higher mass values at the shoot's tip, indicating interrupted growth due to curvature violations.

The model's effectiveness was validated by comparing the median and variance from simulations with experimental data, demonstrating robust performance in predicting shoot behavior.
